Educational Qualification: Candidates with Bachelor’s degree in (B.E/ B.Tech) Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Telecommunication/ communication engineering from an AICTE approved college/ university are eligible to apply. Post educational qualification in respective field is also required.
Designations to be offered: Manager/ Deputy Manager/ Senior Engineer and these designations will be offered as per the post educational qualification of the candidates.
Pay Scale: Rs. 20,600-3%46500 (min.) to 29,100-3%54500 (max.) as per designation.
Age limit: Min. 32 years and max. 40 years as on 01.09.2010
Design of Microwave Components

Designations to be offered: Deputy General Manager/ Manager/ Deputy Manager/ Senior Manager. Designations to be offered as per the post educational work experience of the candidates.
Pay Scale: Rs. 20,600-3%46500 (min) to 32,900-3%58,000 (max) as per designation.

Software Development

Educational Qualification: Candidates with Bachelor’s degree in (B.E/ B.Tech) Computer Science/ Computer Science and Engineering/ computer engineering from an AICTE approved college/ university are eligible to apply. Post educational qualification in respective field is also required.
Designations to be offered: Deputy General Manager/ Manager/ Deputy Manager/ Senior Manager/ Deputy Engineer. Designations will be offered as per the post educational qualification of the candidates.
Pay Scale: Rs. 16,400-3%40500 (min.) to 32,900-3%58,000 (max.) as per designation.
Age limit: Min. 28 years and max. 45 years as on 01.09.2010
General Instructions:
- Candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD category will get relaxation of age as per the norms of the govt. of India.
- Apart from the scale of pay mentioned above, candidates are eligible to get other allowances like DA, HRA, Performance incentives, LTA and other facilities as per the norms of the govt. of India.
